Альбом Spice Girls «Greatest Hits» вышел в свет в ноябре 2007 года. Впрочем, обсуждали его задолго до выхода и уже в 2005 году настойчивая пресса добилась от Мелани Б признания, что действительно альбом появится и порадует поклонников группы. В альбом вошли две новые песни «Headlines (Friendship Never Ends)», «Voodoo». Особо стоит отметить обложку альбома, логотип группы был украшен драгоценными камнями на сумму приблизительно равную одному миллиону фунтов. Каждая буква отражает по одному члену группы:
"S" - янтарь, Виктория Бекхэм
"P" - рубин, Эмма Бантон
"I" - алмаз, Мелани С
"C" - аметист, Джери Холливелл
"E" - изумруд, Мелани Б
